Loan Estimates (Purchases):        
- Input property details
 - Select transaction type: Purchase with Financing
 - Input sales price
 - Input loan amount
 - Select party responsible for purchasing title insurance 
 - If applicable, input prior policy liability amount
 - Adjust endorsements as needed for property type
 - Select “calculate”
 - Fees will be accessible on the next screen and a PDF copy will be emailed to you
 - Save the quote for future reference
 
Loan Estimates (Refinances):
- Input property details
 - Select transaction type: Refinance
 - Input loan amount
 - If applicable, input any additional transaction details and endorsements
 - Select “Calculate”
 - Fees will be accessible on the next screen and a PDF copy will be emailed to you
 - Save the quote for future reference
 
Buyers Estimates:
- Input property details
 -  Select Transaction Type: Purchase with Financing
 - Select Loan Type: Conventional, VA, or FHA
 - Input sales price
 - Input down payment (the percentage will auto-calculate)
 - Input loan amount
 - Input interest rate
 - Select loan term
 - Input closing date
 - Additional transaction details: Select party responsible for purchasing title insurance
 - Adjust endorsements as needed
 - Input estimated annual home insurance
 - Input annual property tax amount
 - Input real estate broker fees as applicable
 - If applicable, add HOA details
 - Input applicable impound fields
 - Select “Calculate”
 - Fees will be accessible on the next screen and a PDF copy will be emailed to you
